PAYMENT

STANDARD PURCHASES

Buyers selecting the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) option must ensure that payment has been made to Atlas Pearls Ltd. within 3 business days of receipt of invoice. If payment is not received and alternative payment arrangements are not made the goods will be forfeited by the buyer.

As soon as confirmation of the full payment is received the purchased goods will be shipped.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for ensuring that all bank transfer fees are covered. Note that foreign banks will often charge additional intermediary bank fees. Please contact your financial institution for further information.

AUCTIONS

Buyers with successful bids will receive their invoice within 48 business hours of the closure of the auction.

The Buyer will have 3 business days to make payment. If payment is not received and alternative payment arrangements are not made the lot will be forfeited by the bidder.

TAX'S & IMPORT DUTIES

Atlas Pearls is not responsible for the payment of Consumption Taxes or Duties.

All successful Buyers are solely responsible for the payment of all duties and taxes incurred upon arrival of the goods in the nominated country.

Use your own courier service (You will be contacted for your shipping account details)	Free

AUCTION PURCHASES

The cost of shipping will be calculated at the conclusion of an auction and finalisation of each customers lot wins. The shipping cost will be included on the final invoice. Please let us know if you wish to organise your own shipping.

RETURNS

Atlas Pearls offers a full refund on all loose pearls purchased online.

• Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• Returned items must be returned in full and be exact to the original lot purchased.

• When the returned goods are received by Atlas Pearls and processed our finance team will contact you to arrange a refund.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please ship using a method including tracking, signature on delivery and insurance.

• Atlas Pearls will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
