Buyers selecting the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) option must ensure that payment has been made to Atlas Pearls Ltd. within 3 business days of receipt of invoice. If payment is not received and alternative payment arrangements are not made the goods will be forfeited by the buyer.

The cost of shipping will be calculated at the conclusion of an auction and finalisation of each customers lot wins. The shipping cost will be included on the final invoice. Please let us know if you wish to organise your own shipping.

Atlas Pearls offers a full refund on all loose pearls purchased online.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be returned in full and be exact to the original lot purchased.
When the returned goods are received by Atlas Pearls and processed our finance team will contact you to arrange a refund.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please ship using a method including tracking, signature on delivery and insurance.
Atlas Pearls will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
