You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or credit note provided you meet the following requirements:
Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note, specifically those falling under the category of Excluded Items. Such items include:
- Customised or specifically modified products based on your request;
- Special orders that were specifically arranged for you;
- Items that have been resized or altered; or
- Purchases made ‘on sale’ or during a ‘sale period’.
Item(s) must be returned in original, unused, and unworn condition free from any damage or sign of wear. All packaging, paperwork, and certificates that originally accompanied the item(s) should also be included.
When returning your package, make sure to include the following items:
- The item(s) being returned;
- Information stating the reason for the return;
- A copy of your original invoice.
Please note that the cost and risk of shipping the item(s) back to us will be your responsibility. To safeguard against any potential loss or damage during transit, we recommend insuring your item(s) with your chosen courier, as we cannot be held liable for any such occurrences.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition and do not fall under any Excluded Items (see above). Once deemed eligible, we will process your nominated refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
If, unfortunately, your items does not meet the requirements for return, we will inform you and send the item(s) back to you at your expense of AU$20.
Please note that all refund items will be subject to a AU$25 re-stocking fee per line item.
